I am having an improptu buffet reception for my hubby in 1 week. He jsut returned form a missions trip and we want to have a smllgathering so he can update interested parties .... jsut decided to do this have not even thought of a menu EASY is the call of the day around here anymore .... I don't htink we'll have more then 10 or so ... maybe up to 20 but i double that ....

i htink i'll have meatballs in brown sauce liek sweedish meatballs
breads form the bread machine
fruit salad (my easy canned one)
selzer water / soada?
maybe bread pudding ... yea that sounds good ...
and from there??
