What are Pepperoncini peppers??

this sounds good -- it looked as if you were going to add somthing else to the post but it did not make it?

I'd serve to make sanwhiches with? it is shreded right? I'm dense :) should i serve with "sauce" and let them Pinch out pieces with tongs?
