In regards to out venture

Our family luncheon isn't until the end of August but that is how organized my sister is. :-) We are having chicken breasts stuffed with Duxelles, a cold claw and some other kind of salad. I'm working on that. I had a wonderful chicken salad with grapes and pineapple served in pineapple boats once at a fashion show. Have tried (not too sucessfully) to make the right dressing for it. One day I will have it down pat. Hope this was the venture I was telling were talking about. I will try fruit salads on myself.
