Recipe(tried): Dressings for Chicken/Fruit for Marty..

Hi Marty,
Here are a couple of dressings I use in Chicken mixed with fruit...Not sure what type you are looking for so here goes...

Apple-Butter Dressing (Use on Chicken Waldorf salad)

1/2 cup mayonaisse
1/3 cup apple butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Whisk together mayonnaise, apple butter, and lemon juice until well blended.

Raspberry vinegar based dressing for a chicken salad that has peaches and raspberries

1/4 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons raspberry vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 garlic clove, minced

Whisk together ingredients until well blended
