iso roasted brined turkey

iso roasted brined turkey recipie
read an article last week , that mentioned that if you soak your turkey in a salt water brine ( overnight ) it would be - more tender, more juicy and more flavorful.
but the article didnt get into specifics.
ie.... how much salt ? , is 4 hours soaking enough ?
do i rinse the bird before roasting ? etc etc.

any thoughts would be appreciated.
