STUFFING MEAT LOAF
2 pounds 96% lean ground beef
4 cups seasoned bread stuffing cubes (dry)
2 each eggs
2/3 cup and 1/2 cup chili sauce, divided use
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chili sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup chili sauce. Form into loaf. Place in pan on rack,
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Approximately 30 minutes before meat loaf is done, spread 1/2 cup chili sauce on top evenly. Continue to bake an additional 1/2 hour or until done and top is glazed.
Makes 12 servings
