J-Min Maine, the pie is delicious, more....

Misc.

Hi J-Min;
Made the pie yesterday, Hubby loves it. Usually when I try a new recipe I have to ask him what he thinks of it. Last evening I was on the puter, here at TKL and he came in the room and said "that apple pie is really good"
It's really interesting how the topping cooks down into the apples, and also makes a nice crust on top. I used 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1/4 cup of finely chopped pecans. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
