I don't know if you've noticed yet but Betsy at TKL honored you too on the latest newsletter. Your apple pie sounds wonderful with the oatmeal topping and I made a copy as I want to try it next time. The question I have is: you did not mention a bottom crust. Is that something you forgot to put in or is it made without a bottom crust? Thanks.
