PINK MAYONNAISE FOR FISH AND SHELLFISH
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup chopped chives
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup cream, whipped
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and stir until blended. Refrigerate sauce until ready to use.
TO SERVE:
Place sauce in a lovely bowl and surround with cooked fish or shellfish.
Makes about 2 cups sauce
