Hi Jim,

Here's a guide for determining which recipes will fit your machine:

1 lb machine = maximum of 2 cups flour
1 1/2 lb machine = maximum 3 cups flour
2 lb machine = maximum 4 cups flour

You might want to check out the recipes in our Bread Machine Recipe section while waiting for suggestions our other visitors may have.
