I read through cookbooks as though they were novels, also! I'm SO GREEDY!!!!! I don't lend my cookbooks to ANYONE! I'll copy a recipe for people, but I won't lend them the cookbook. Your recipe sounds great. Please post when you have time maybe I'll make it for the weekend.

Would you consider coming to Alabama to give my husband cooking lessons? You cook and you're a doctor! Your wife must be a very lucky woman!
