Greetings from Oz, Joy. So glad to hear that your cake was such a 'hit' with the family.
Nalani also said how wonderful this cake is, but as we don't have your cool whip down here, I have never bothered. Now I have your endorsement as well, I guess I shall have to shift myself and get on with it, (LOL) using the fresh cream that Nalani suggested. Angel.
