Joyce...I remembered your request when I went to the grove store

this afternoon and asked if there was anything special they do. They said they just freeze it and that their customers also freeze it and just shaking it well is all they could come up with. Their juice is unpasteurized, so should be just like homemade.
I do know that throughout the year the taste of the juice varies depending on the variety of orange and perhaps in the summer, because it has been frozen for some time. Could it be the container? Have you tried a different type of container?
