Hi Joel,

I don't know what you do for a living but to be in Venice and then go to Moscow, well that is just wonderful!! I also love to travel but it looks like you travel a lot and it sounds like lots of fun!!

Thanks for getting back on board, I have a few of your recipes in my files beginning with the name "Joel's.....

This eggplant recipe sure sounds decadent (as all your dishes do). I will certainly be tying out your version as soon as I see some lovely eggplants in the store.
