Hi Gladys,

I have copied your recipes to try out this summer, they are simply delicious sounding!

I truly delight in reading your postings for the beautiful descriptions you share of Puerto Rico with us. It must have been a wonderful day indeed. I only wish I had been there to marvel at the surrounding beauty.

Thank you so much for sharing all these stories, I love to read them but best of all, is the sharing of delicious recipes you post!!
