Kastera or Castella Cake (Japanese)

Misc.

I am searching for the recipe for kastera (or Castella) cake that is popular in Japan. It is unfrosted, single layer, rich in eggs with a dark brown crust on top. Originally, the Portugese introduced the cake to Japan and the Japanese adopted it.
