Kelseys 4 cheese spinach dip/canada

Misc.

Hi:
This is my first request and I would appreciate your help on this recipe. I am looking for Kelseys Restaurant/Pub recipe for their 4 Cheese spinach dip.
I have some of the ingrediants--- spinach---red onion---red pepper---romano cheese---mozerella cheese---parmesean---and cheddar . I know there are herbs or spices as well but I can't figure them out . This restaruant is only in Canada as far as I know.
I am having a family reunion and would like to serve this. I know I could buy it from the restaurant, but I would have to mortgage my house. We are having 100 people.
I hope you can help me.
Many thanks
