Kim che

Misc.
Kim Che is a Korean dish that is made of cabbage, vinigar, hot pepper, sugar and ginger. It is VERY spicy and hot. I have never had it before, as i do not like spicy foods. However, i have heard of it and just happened to see a jar of it in Walmart Super Center in the produce section. Good Luck! :-)
