Kim chee is Korean

Misc.
Kimchee is Korean. The original recipe calls for ingredients, I thought cabbage one of the prime ingredients, to be put into clay pots and left to ferment for a long period of time, as in months. Recently, while in Okinawa we went to a Korean restaurant that had Kimchee, my son-in-law loves it.
