Read these in the Super FOODS ideas and would like to share with you all..

* If you are unsure what flour is in your pantry, try this easy test. Add a teaspoon of flour to a gladd of water: self-raising flour will bubble to the top, plain flour won't.* To remove onion, fish or garlic smells from a chopping board, rub salt all over the board and rinse in cold water.

* To slice boiled egg easily, first heat the knife by dipping it in hot water -- but don't dry it.

* When trimming the crusts from bread, don't throw them away, make these tasty snacks instead. Butter the crust and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, clelery seed, salt, and pepper. Cook slowly in the oven until crisp. Can be eaten alone or with dip.
