Thanks Eggy, great tips.
Looks like I am going to have to (somehow) force myself to start eating brekkie.
Read something very similar in Dianne Barker's book, "Fat Free Forever".
In it she talks about metabolism; she has also included a chart with the best times to eat and ideas on what to eat for optimum health and weight control etc.
