Hi Laura, I posted my new menu for the 4th at the begging of these post about the 4th. I am trying to do the easiest way I can. Going to have cold fried chicken (make it the day before) you might like to try the coconut fluff, it sounds good that I mentioned and the Bourbon beans are really delicious. If you would like the recipe let me know. I got two recipes from TKL and sorta took some of that and some of that and came up with what I like.
