ISO: 4th of July menu, any other ideas?

The 4th of July is fast approaching. Here is my menu so far. aprreciate if you could suggest
other things. There will only be one child (6 yrs old ) and 16 adults
Menu up to now;
Beer-soda Pop and mixed drinks if desired
Trash to nibble on

Deviled eggs, Also tray with olives, celery etc.
Hamburgers with cheese and mayo etc
Cold fried chicken
Potatoe salad
Bourbon Beans (from tkl)

Coconut fluff (posted by Mary Ann Taylor, June 1,99 tried and true tkl)

Any other suggestions.
