While we're on the subject of breads here, I got to wondering if you have a recipe for English/British (which is correct?) bread?
When we visited London, and Bury St. Edmonds (oh, I loved it there!), and a few other cities in that vicinity, the restaurants served a wonderful bread with several whole grains. The bread was very 'substantial', in comparison to the breads we have here. What I wouldn't give to have that bread again!
