Hi Becky! Wholemeal flour over here is just brown flour i guess. It doesn't have the bits in it that wholegrain has but you can use whatever flour your family prefers. The basic recipe will stay the same no matter what flour you use...actually this would be lovely with wholewheat flour! You've given me an idea now!
