Re: Down Home Greek style

Thanks - these sound good (well, except for the fish roe, of which I am NOT a fan). I'm not familiar with Greek cooking ... I know there are Greek restaurants, but not too many. There are more Greek fast-food counters coming up in the shopping malls... but everything in the malls loses it's appeal to me.
Anyway - I appreciate the chance to try the food... the more basic the better.
All the Baklava I've tried has a burnt taste to it ... is it just me, or did the bakers mess up????
