look for Japanese style (cheesecake)
Misc. cathy,
over here in asia, it is very popular to have those Japanese style cheesecakes as many asians can't have/don't like cheese (dairy products). these cheesecakes are so light that they feel like sponge cakes or a suffle (sp?). But they are still baked, not the unbaked. is this the one you are talking about? then you may want to look into "japanese cheesecake". i believe that's only 250g/4oz cream cheese in each cake.
cheers.
