Which cheesecake?

Misc.
Hi Cathy,

Although I grew up in New York, I'm not familiar with Woolworth's Hungarian(?) cheesecake. Somewhere in my vast collection of recipes I have one for an Italian cheesecake that calls for ricotta cheese... I made it once or twice and remember it having a light texture. I can dig it out for you if you want. There's also a recipe I haven't tried for a lite Chinese-style cheesecake on Bad Speller's Cafe website at http://www.badspeller.simplenet.com/cooking_sweetdesserts.htm#Chinese%20Cheesecake

Happy New Year!
