ISO: Susan/Hawaii/Wooloworth Cheesecake

Misc.
Susan, this cheesecake was served in Woolworths for years and had a very lite texture. I also made a ricotta cheesecake with cr cheese and sour cream but the taste is different than the woolworth one. Anyway thanks alot for trying, if your ricotta one is different than above please post. Thanks and Happy New Year!!! Cathy/NY
