Looking for a *soft* gingerbread cooky. .

Searched, with no luck... I have found serveral, but what I have made, and these, have all turned out hard and crisp... I could tr baking them a little less, but anyone have a no-fail recipe for soft, thick, moist gbread cookies? Thanks.
