Love their baking stone

Misc.
Hi Carol!

I have the rectangular baking stone and love it! I first seasoned it by baking the refrigerator crescent rolls...not the most low-cal choice, but it makes it virtually non-stick forever after.

I leave my stone in the oven nearly all the time. It has turned a deep mahogany and I use it from everything to baking cookies and biscuits without greasing, to ending the problem of soggy bottom crusts on pies both frozen and fresh. Also works great as a warming plate!

I got the rectangle-shape instead of the round because it has more surface area and it holds a large round pizza equally as well as their round stone.

I haven't bought their books, but have used the booklet that came with my stone.

Have a great time at the party and eat before you go. The smell of the food they make will drive you crazy!
