CHINESE STYLE HAMBURGER HASH
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 cup celery; sliced
1 (10 oz) can mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (3 oz) can crisp chow mein noodles
Brown meat in oil.
Add onion, celery, soups, and water. Stir in rice, soy sauce and pepper. Turn into a lightly greased casserole.
Cover and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
Sprinkle on chow mein noodles and bake 15 min more.
Servings: 8
