Martin Yan's Sweet and Sour Sauce

Saw Martin do this on a cooking show and have been making it ever since. It draws raves. Just combine equal parts of:

vinegar
sugar
catsup
water

That's it! If you like it hot, add powdered mustard to taste until it suits your heat level. No cooking required.
