ISO: Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

I'm looking for a recipe for a good sweet and sour dipping sauce for eggrolls. I know most of the ingredients I need (ketchup, red hot pepper flakes, garlic, vinegar, sugar) but I'm not sure of the measurements. Please help! Thank you.
