AS you just tried Mc You not use to how every thing is done
You can copy and paste directly from Mc in the full version with out using note pad

You go to the category list view and hilight your recipe by name then go up to edit and chose copy then you can paste your recipe into a mesage box here or anywhere on a bbs or cooking forum.
If you want to add a recipe you save it as a txt recipe then you use import command
Or You can copy and paste your recipe into the directions part
and foreget about the edit view where the ingred need to be done in the table
If you want to use the table form you copy the ingred up
to the table and fill it in cell by cell and later delete the list from the directions part

the table is just for editing so you can edit one part if you need to
it only in edit view
