I love a grater that has a long handle with the grater on the end of it . It looks like a straight knife. I use it for zesting and grating. I couldn't live without it.

I also like silicon potholders. No more mess when they get dirty. Just wash them off with water and they are resistent to high heat. They also come in cool colors.
