If you want some excellent cheesecake recipes go to www.kraftfoods.com and click on cookbook that will take you to a list of subjects. If I remember correctly you click on deserts and then a list of dessert topics will come up and click on cheesecakes and I belive the symbol show me the recipes and you will have a tremendous number of excellent cheesecake recipes. I have made both the coconut and the pina colada cheesecakes and both are excellent. Good Luck.
