Milton, re: powdered vanilla

I don't have any recipes that call for powdered vanilla. I think it is used to make "fancy" coffee drinks. Our local coffee place, and, I think, Starbucks, both use it to blend into drinks like Iced blended vanilla frozen coffee drinks and maybe hot ones as well. I'm sorry that I couldn't be more helpful but that's all I know about powdered vanilla.
