Oak Tree Granola Muffins
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups oats, uncooked
1 1/2 cups granola
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup raisins
2 cups water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Mix together the dry ingredients and the raisins. Add the 2 cups water, eggs and oil. Stir until moist. Pour in to greased muffin cups.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes about 2 dozen medium-size muffins.
