My favorite portable oven

Misc.

Hi Becky,
I have a Nesco oven. It is an 18 quart size. You can bake bread, cakes, cookies, pies, casseroles, whole hams, turkeys, etc. Also can be used to make chili, soups, etc. They come in several sizes, 4, 6, 12, and 18 quarts. It is one of my favorite things to use, even though I have a double built-in oven. I also have a 6 quart Nesco that I use to bake potatoes, roast chickens, bake fish, or whatever. They can just set on a counter top. I usually put my breadboard on the counter, then set the Nesco on the breadboard, though they don't get very hot on the bottom, but the sides do get hot.
Hope this helps,
Nancy
