Nesco arrived today, now about recipes....

My Nesco arrived today! My son is happy, my dog is drooling, and I am wondering, how do I adjust recipes? Do I need to reduce liquids? My hubby wants to know if I can make a pumpkin pie....(I've already shared his pie baking abilities). The little information booklet doesn't have many recipes, and most are for big groups. This is my only oven till June so I've got to learn fast! Any hints, helps, or expertise??? Thanks!
