My mother in law makes this one....

Use how ever much Mayo (low fat or fat free) that you will need for the amount of tartar sauce. Add enough sweet relish till it looks like tartar sauce, and add just a little touch of lemon juice. She makes her own tartar sauce all the time. I don't eat tartar sauce, so I can't tell you how close it it, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. Good luck!!
