SPICE GLAZE
"Adds a wonderful flavor and texture to cakes, cookies, pastries, breads and rolls."
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 4 teaspoons milk
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Add butter and vanilla. Add enough milk for desired glaze consistency.
Let baked goods partially cool before adding glaze; adjust amount of glaze added to your own taste.
