Misc.I wanted to confirm that my definition of Quick Bread was right (basically it does not use yeast and is more of a dessert "loaf". Just trying to avoid using the term "bread".
So I have figured out that I do have the right definition for Quick Bread so now I can tell whether the recipes I am finding are exactly the type of "dessert loaf" I am looking for. So as soon as I see yeast listed in the ingredients, I move on to another recipe. This makes the search process so much easier and simpler.
