THE TAMALES SHOULD BE FULLY COOKED AND COOLED BEFORE FREEZING IN FREEZER BAGS. AT THIS POINT, THEY DEFROST AND RE-HEAT BEAUTIFULLY IN THE MICROWAVE. BELIEVE ME IT IS WORTH THE TROUBLE. THESE ARE VERY GOOD AND THE RECIPE IS THE RESULT OF COMBINING IDEAS FROM SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS WHO ARE GREAT COOKS!! ACTUALLY, THE BASIC RECIPE CAME FROM A FRIEND WHO IS A FIREMAN AND SHRIMP FISHERMAN!!
