CRAB FLORENTINE CASSEROLE

2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
1 (10 oz.) can RO-TEL Tomatoes and Green Chilies
I cup sour cream
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup crabmeat, canned, fresh or frozen
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon grated onion
Place spinach in greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Mix all other ingredients and pour over spinach.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Makes 6 servings
