Nut Flours - ? even substitution/using

Thanks Cheri - I will give it a go.

Do you have any good dessert recipes that you use the nut flours in? I am not sure if the difference between nut flours and ordinary flour would affect the balance of the recipe - have you found you can just go ahead and substitute it cup for cup ?
