Thank you Jeanne - you are SO sweet! I know I've mentioned it in the past that I have always found your posts spot on, too!!

I'm not a food professional, it's just a hobby (well, almost an obsession ;o). A very fattening hobby! And, I'm always happy when I can help someone out.

As to those radishes - I'll definitely try them with the cheese for breakfast tomorrow!
