Panecotta (?)

Misc.

ISO recipes for Panecotta (I think the spelling and even the title may be off). Italian desserts often based on heavy cream, gelatin, sugar, flavorings, spices, and fruits. The dessert is allowed to set in a mold (can be as simple as a pie dish), inverted on a plate and served. Pretty simple I believe. Just cooked cream, gelatin, and flavorings. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
