a Sesame "teriyaki" pork? I can't find my recipe but as I recall it's soy
sauce, brown sugar or honey ,garlic, oil, ginger (if you don't have/want fresh,
powdered will do), a splash OF Sherry if you want, not necess.), a few sesame
seeds, even a few shreds of orange peel. Marinate for a bit. Cook sauce
separately etc. Serve w/ rice. Hope you feel better!
